Exchange and returns

Our online store operates in strict compliance with the Russian Consumer Protection Law.

Under Article 25 of the Law, you may return or exchange goods of proper quality bought in a retail store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.

Under Article 26.1 of the Law, you may return any goods bought in an online store within seven days after receipt without giving a reason.

Goods of proper quality can be returned if their presentation and consumer properties are preserved and you have a document confirming the purchase. If you do not have such a document, you may refer to other evidence of purchase from us.

Goods of proper quality with individually defined properties that can be used only by the buyer (e.g. made to order) cannot be returned.

If you return goods, we will refund the amount paid, except for our costs of shipping the returned goods back, no later than ten days after your request.
