The average order processing time is 1-3 hours after receiving the request (during business hours). After the order is processed, the manager will inform you about the order build time.

The average time of collection (preparation for pickup) of the order is up to 48 hours.

For intercity shipping:

For international shipments, we use the services of the Russian Post service. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically when placing the order. To register a postal item, you need to specify the postal address and full name of the recipient. After sending the order, we will send you a tracking code to track the parcel. The order is sent by mail within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order.
When ordering materials in large quantities, the delivery options are agreed on an individual basis. 

Please note that when ordering more than 20 kg in weight, the parcel will need to be divided into two parts, since the Post Service limits each package by weight and size.
